What is a needle punching line?

A needle punching line converts loose fibres into a nonwoven fabric by mechanically interlocking them with barbed needles — no weaving or chemical binder required. A typical line includes opening/blending, carding, cross lapping, needle punching, calendering and winding.

How do I choose the right needle loom?

It depends on your material and target weight. We recommend a pre-needle loom (YBG201) plus main needle looms (YBG202–204); for high-evenness technical fabrics, our patented elliptical-track YBG266 gives superior punching uniformity. Tell us your material and GSM and we will size it.

What is the difference between needle punching and thermal bonding?

Needle punching consolidates web mechanically with needles; thermal bonding uses heat to melt low-melt fibres. Needle punching suits heavier, stronger and high-temperature-resistant fabrics (filtration, geotextile); thermal bonding suits lighter, softer products. Many lines combine both.

Which materials can your lines process?

Polyester, polypropylene, viscose, glass fibre, aramid and blended fibres for filtration, geotextile, leather base (PU), automotive interior, viscose thick felt and technical nonwovens.

Do you provide customization, installation and training?

Yes. Every line is customized to your material, width and capacity. We handle factory layout, equipment installation, line commissioning, and training for your operators.

What is your elliptical-track needle loom?

The YBG266 uses a patented elliptical needle trajectory (national patent ZL202221328027.X) driven by a double-motor servo system, giving more even punching and lower noise than conventional stroke systems.
